Thank you, thank you, thank you! The Puma arrived this morning and is more than I had expected it to be. Your attention to detail, quality control and the special care you took in delivering my new Travel Trailer is over the moon and great.

Filling the propane tanks, providing all the needed items in the "Fun tub" and how ready to roll the trailer arrived was wonderful. Adjusting the hitch head so that it was a no brainer was so great.

Your delivery driver gets a big "job well done". He was so careful to make sure that the truck and travel trailer were working correctly and that the hitch was properly mounted/ adjusted. I have never pulled a travel trailer that followed so well, WOW! And I backed in to the campsite with 2 tries! I thought that would never happen, our old trailer was such a pain to back in. Yet the new one is 14 feet longer.

Jason, you have been a great sales rep. Especially when you found the model I wanted. Good catch in the inventory. My 12 yr old grandson only has two word statements for the back room, "WOW! Gran-ma". Followed by "cool chairs", and "for the XBox?" So I think he has plans for the "bunk room".

Amy, you are the best financial rep I have ever experienced. Your professionalism, care and your ability to understand issues is fantastic. Your RV store is lucky to have you working for them. You make the purchasing process painless. Thank you for everything.

I didn't realize how much of the Puma was made of Recycled products, HURRAY FOR THE MANUFACTURER! Stepping up and making a difference. I strongly believe in Recycle, Reuse and Reclaim.

Sorry I am gushing over the trailer but it is amazing and I am SO proud to have such a beautiful "new baby" to show off.
